THIS EVENT IS NOT OPEN TO CHILDREN WHO DO MORE THAN 2 HOURS OF GYMNASTICS PER WEEK IN A CLUB.

Schools can bring teams of 6 gymnasts from KS1 (each team must have a minimum of 1 boy) - schools can bring a maximum of 2 teams.

This session will be led by qualified Gymnastics coaches.

All teams will be taught a Gymnastics routine consisting of movements taken from the British Gymnastics Key Steps Manual.  The children will also get the opportunity to practice some vaults and use the apparatus in the gym under the guidance of coaches and gymnasts.

The competition element will allow us to select 2 teams to represent Norwich East SSP at the Norfolk School Games on Monday 26th February 2018.
