Squad of 18-20 (max 10 boys and 10 girls) - 1 squad per school.

If schools want to bring more than 1 team please contact me, but do not book your 2nd team on as I need to give priority to schools' 1st teams.  This event was oversubscribed last year and although I have increased capacity, I need to ensure that all schools who want to compete get a fair chance to do so.  If you wish, I can reserve a place for your 2nd team, in booking order, and will contact you if I can accommodate a 2nd team for your school.

 

Competitors compete in a maximum of 2 Field and 2 Track events 

1+1 Lap Relay

2+ 2 Lap Relay

6 Lap Parlauf (not for small schools)

 Each requiring    2G / 2B

 

Obstacle relay

Over/Under Relay (not for small schools)

4x1 Lap Relay

 Each requiring 4G/4B

 

Chest Push

Foam Javelin

Speed Bounce

Standing Long Jump

Standing Triple Jump

Vertical Jump

 Each Event requiring 3G and 3B

NB Schools should arrive in plenty of time to ensure that they do not miss any of the events.
