• Squad of 12 – Players to be made up from Year 5/6 – 8 Start each game, minimum of 3 of each gender in the starting line up

(Small Schools -  Squad of up to 12 – Players to be made up from Year 4/5/6 – 6 Start each game, minimum of 1 of each gender in the starting line up)

• Duration of Games – Each game will be made up of 2 halves, each of 5 mins, with 1 min half time

• Size of the Ball – For all competitive matches, size 4 Rugby Balls will be used

• Dimension of Playing Area – The Rugby Football Union (RFU) continuum suggest for 8-a-side – 50-60m in length, 25-30m width
