Welcome to our Norwich East School Sports Partnership Website!
Our purpose is to inspire and nurture our youngsters to enter into sport with the enthusuiasm and aspiration to do the best that they can do and to establish a lifelong love of sport.
We achieve this by offering a variety of competitive opportunities, by delivering workshops and festivals to introduce new sports to children and by arranging teacher insets and training to ensure that the delivery of PE in schools is of a high standard.
The Sainsbury's School Games is a celebration of competitive sport for all young people in years 3 to 11 and is evolving year by year. We hold a Winter and a Summer Games which has proved to be immensely popular with schools across the county.
The School Games is made up of four levels of competition:
Level 1: Competition within a school ie regular house competitions (Intra)
Level 2: Competitions between local schools ie cluster/partnership events (Inter)
Level 3: Sainsbury's School Games
Level 4: National multi-sport event
Our Norwich East SSP website has details of events for schools with many being the qualifying event for entry into the School Games.
We look forward to another excellent year of Sport for all.
